Windsor Tutoring is a small company providing 11 Plus and maths tuition through one to one sessions, revision courses and mock tests in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Windsor Tutoring is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this statement.  It will not be used for any other purpose other than the ones we have consent for and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that data is stored securely.

To apply for mock tests, revision courses and one to one tuition, the following information is collected:

– Name and the name of your child

– Age of your child

– Contact information including email address

– School attended by your child

– Any information regarding special needs

This is collected for internal record keeping in paper form and is only used for communication between Windsor Tutoring and yourself for billing purposes, and also to send you information related to your booking.  We may also need to get hold of you in an emergency relating to your child.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and also to respecting the personal data you supply.  In order to prevent unauthorised access, we have put in place suitable physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.

We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.  If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please email Louisa Windsor at louisawindsor@outlook.com

If you feel that any of the information held on you is incorrect, let us know and it will be updated immediately.

We process all personal data in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) which governs data protection and user privacy standards throughout the EU.

Once your child has completed the series of revision courses or mock tests, or has completed his/her 11 Plus preparation in one to one sessions, your/his/her information will be deleted unless requested otherwise (such as if there is another sibling you would like to take part in tutoring at a later date).
